Re: Darren Randolph signed
made a cracking save late on last night, nothing he could have done for the goals, but his handling on high balls has been poor.

still, he's back up to Adrian and theres not many good number 2's knocking about

Re: Darren Randolph signed
He was fine. Nothing he could of done about both goals. made some good stops. The mental breakdowns some people are having about signing this lad and we need another number 2 is embarrassing.

Re: Darren Randolph signed
Couple of good saves in the second half. Not much he could have done about the one that hit the post. Initially I thought it was bad keeping but when I see the dip and swerve on it, no way he could have reached that one.

However not impressed by him at all.

Re: Darren Randolph signed
Apparently he was recommended to the Club by Phil Parkes.

I find that difficult to believe.

The Club need to look at people who can play football, and stop concentrating on people who are cheap.

There's some great justifications of this signing if you go a few pages back!

Re: Darren Randolph signed
Is he a replacement for Alan McKnight?

Put this clown in a PL game and it will pretty much be a guaranteed loss. Someone needs to be made accountable for this signing.

It appears to be true RC,

This view of the directorship /owners resurfaces again

Re: Darren RANDOPH signed
It doesn't become bizarre when you put it in the context of the two bob owners getting him for nothing & trying to do everything on the cheap.

Wide boy market stall owners.

Re: Darren RANDOPH signed
A bizarre signing when you in particular understand that Zeleneka was available for 2 Mill,
Bentley was available for 1.2 Mill.
and
Guzan was ready to leave Villa if a 3mill deal was offered.

Get all three in and replace SPEIGEL and RANDOLPH.

I can't say I thought he was that bad. Wouldn't want to have to rely on him for any lengthy period mind you.

Re: Darren Randolph signed
Said at the time this bloke isn't near good enough. Fuck knows what the club were thinking.
